For organizations

Give the people you serve a place to find their words.

People often arrive at an appointment, a program, or a hard conversation before they can say what they are carrying. Lingwell gives them a guided space to work it out first, so they come with language they can use.

Where it fits

Alongside the work you already do.

Care and support programs

Time to understand what they are experiencing before an appointment, during recovery, or through a hard transition.

Care coordinators and helping professionals

Room to process the weight of the work, privately, without it becoming another task.

Students and program participants

A way to work through questions, expectations, and change before they can be put into words.

Recovery organizations

A place to find words for a recovery that is still taking shape, alongside the support you already offer.

Caregiver organizations

Space for family caregivers to name what they are carrying before they ask for help.

Youth and family services

A way for young people to begin a hard conversation before it happens.

Getting started

A start can be simple.

  1. 1

    Choose who has access.

A practice, team, program, or other defined group. We agree on the scope and terms together.

  2. 2

    Share the invitation.

We provide the access link and ready-to-use language. You send it through a channel you already use.

  3. 3

    Decide what comes next.

After people have used it, we meet to talk about continuing, widening the group, or changing the arrangement.

Levels of access

As much support as your setting needs.

Standard access

Access for an agreed group, with introduction materials, setup, and ordinary support.

Launch support

Help planning communications, orienting staff, or fitting the introduction into an existing program.

Deeper collaboration

Joint planning, custom work, evaluation, or technical integration, scoped on its own.

Organizational access is a paid arrangement. For a defined group we can begin with a limited introductory period before any longer commitment, with scope, fee, and terms agreed in writing first. You do not need to know which category fits before you reach out.

Your organization offers it. Each person decides how to use it.

What people write in Lingwell is theirs, and they choose what to share. How privacy and visibility work for an organization is covered in full on one page.
