For participants

Welcome. Here is what to expect.

Lingwell is a guided conversational space for working through something that matters: a hard experience, a decision, or a conversation you are preparing for. It begins wherever you do.

What it is for

There is no required topic.

Before something important

An appointment, a meeting, or a conversation you want to be ready for.

After something difficult

When you want more time with what happened.

Whenever it needs room

Stress, uncertainty, a decision. You can come back as often as something new comes up.

What stays yours

Your conversation is private by default.

The organization that gave you access does not automatically receive it. At the end you can create a summary, review or change it, and decide whether to share it. Sharing is always a separate choice, and you choose how you are identified.

Before you start

Questions people ask first.

Is Lingwell therapy?

No. Lingwell does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. It can be used alongside therapy, medical care, advising, case management, coaching, and other human support.

What does the organization see?

Organizations may receive aggregated, anonymized information about overall use and recurring themes. They receive a summary only if you choose to share it.

Do I need an account?

That depends on how Lingwell is offered. Some people receive individual accounts. Others use a temporary link or QR code, with no account or identification needed to begin.

What is a pathway?

A pathway gives the conversation a place to begin. If several are available, choose the one that fits the moment. Sometimes one is already selected for you.

Is there a right way to use it?

No. There is no required length, topic, outcome, or frequency.

What if it is an emergency?

Lingwell is not a crisis service. In the United States, call 911 or 988.

Begin wherever you are.

There is no wrong place to start.
